WHAT TYPE OF PEOPLE DO YOU TRAIN?

I love training EVERYONE and have clients aged from 18 - 80 years old. Whether you are looking for one-to-one training or a group class environment, there is something to suit. If you have been a little apprehensive about joining a class, please do reach out as the team at my Thursday Fitness Club classes are the most supportive community and have an age range of 50+ years!

If you're looking for Pre or Postnatal exercise guidance then my Strong Mommas Club or Personal Training can give you all the support you need.

DO I NEED TO BOOK?

Yes, and it is super easy to do via my booking software GymCatch, which you can find here.

In less than five minute's you can: Create an account, Follow Lauren May Fitness, and access all classes and personal training. You can even book a free 15-minute consultation to discuss which option will work best for you.

I'M A NEWBIE, CAN I COME ALONG?

Yes, my classes are suited to all ages and ability levels, and there is something for everyone. The class format means you work to your effort level, so whether you are starting training for the first time or are the next Olympic gold medallist, you are sure to get a good workout. The other option is Personal Training, tailored specifically to you, with sessions curated to your ability level.
