ABOUT LAUREN MAY FITNESS
I have been in the fitness industry for 5 years, with a huge passion for sustainable fitness. I find a way for you to fall in love with keeping fit and healthy so that you can stay consistent and ultimately reach those goals. I've successfully supported individuals from all backgrounds to achieve amazing results. With my qualification in Exercise Referral, I have supported those with health conditions to safely exercise and improve their conditions.
I am a Pre and Postnatal fitness specialist, and love helping mums navigate their journey in a safe and effective way. As a mum to my gorgeous boy, I know first-hand the challenges we face both during pregnancy and postpartum when it comes to keeping fit, and I am here to help you find the solution.
